These terms govern access to the PVPSTAKES skill-gaming platform in the browser and Telegram, operated by PVPSTAKES project.
Eligibility and regions
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use Paid skill games in your location. Paid mode may be unavailable while Demo and withdrawals remain accessible.
How matches work
Players compete asynchronously in one of the supported skill games. Both players receive the same game version, seed, starting state and rules. Paid stakes are held for the match; the winner receives the pot minus the disclosed rake. Ties and expired unmatched Paid games are refunded.
Deposits and withdrawals
Use only the asset and network shown by PVPSTAKES: USDT on TON or TRC-20, or USDC on Solana. A required deposit comment or memo is mandatory. Withdrawals have a minimum, a disclosed fixed fee, and manual review. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
Tokens
Tokens are loyalty points. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or withdrawn, and create no right to a payout or future asset. PVPSTAKES may change accrual rules or adjust or reset token balances.
Fair use
Automation, tampering, duplicate-account abuse, collusion, and attempts to manipulate scores or payments are prohibited. Access may be restricted to protect players and the service.
